 I. Downloading Product Catalog                         

  1. The consumer can download the product catalog through “Product -> Download Catalog” menu. More than 1.000 kind of our products listed there.
  2. To access the “Download Catalog” page, the consumer need to quick register or login first.
  3. All product designs listed in the “Catalog Products” are the Ryan Bali’s copyright. The consumer is straightly forbidden both to copy and re-produce those products without Ryan Bali’s license.
  4. The misuse of Ryan Bali “Product Catalog” is violating the law.

II. ORDER PROCEDURE

  1. For order, please download the “Order Form”.
  2. To fill in the “Order Form”, the consumer must fill in and give the complete data about:
    * The consumer’s data:
       Name, Telp. No, Email, Mailing address (with Zip Code / Postal Code),
       and Shipping Address (with Zip Code / Postal Code).
    * The data products that will be ordered, the products code and the amount of the order.
    * The limit time for us to finish those products.
  3. We will process the complete data only.
  4. Don't forget to check our "Discount and Pricing" page to see our special promo.
  5. Send it back to us the “Order Form” – by pressing the “Submitted by Mail” button in the above (top-right corner) of the “Order Form”; or you can just save it, and send it back to us as an email attachment.
  6. Soon, you will accept the reply email from us after receiving your “Order Form” in our inbox.
  7. We will process the order after we receive the transfer of the order’s advance payment

 

III. PAYMENT PROCEDURE

  1. The consumer must pay the advance payment minimal 35% from grand total of the ordered product.
  2. If the consumer’s ordered product is the consumer‘s own design (not the products listed in our catalog ), then the consumer must pay the advance payment 50% from grand total of the ordered product.
  3. As the time agreed, we will make and send those orders to your shipping address.
  4. After receiving the product, the consumer must pay the all the product’s cost.
  5. The price which is listed in our products is “nett”, not included the shipping cost, tax, bank transfer administration cost, and other costs.
  6. All payment processes are done through the bank transfer to :

IV. SHIPPING

  1. We are not directly concerned with the order shipping. Meanwhile, we will recommend some shipping companies, so the consumer can easily contact them.
  2. We need our consumer’s cooperation to give the product shipping procedures to the consumer’s country and address.
  3. The consumer can communicate to us by email for further discussion about this topic.
  4. All the products’ shipping cost  will be the consumer’s responsibility.
  5. Our Quality Control staff will ensure that our products are at good condition before sending.
  6. We don’t take any responsibility for the broken product in the shipping process.

V. GUARANTEE

  1. If the product we sent is different from one we agreed before, then we will change it according to the first agreement.
  2. If the product does not meet your order, we are willing to return your money. We provide “money back” guarantee.
  3. The guarantee is not valid if the product is broken in the shipping process.

 

VI. OTHERS

  1. The consumer must agree all this “Order Terms and Agreements” if intend to order the product.
